I’m an Energy Worker and Shadow Work Coach originally from Philadelphia, PA, now based in Vienna, IL. I travel around the world in order to meet, help and learn from as many people as possible. I offer a wide range of energy work modalities and I passionately believe in the power of the body and mind to heal through the process of healing one's soul.
WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
My Background
I’ve been studying Healing Arts, Shamanism, Alchemy and Hermetics since 2010. In 2011, I began my Reiki Journey. In 2013 I became an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church Monastery. In 2015 I began studying Hermetics with the Modern Mystery School. In 2019, I was trained in the Transcendental Meditation Technique and began my Yoga journey. In 2020 I became a Reiki Master, Life Activation Practitioner and Certified Meditation Coach. In 2022, I became a 200-hour yoga teacher with a specialization in Yin Yoga, completed my certification in Somatic Release Breathwork, completed my first course of study on the Mystical Kaballah and began the path of the Ritual Master. In 2023 I became an Advanced 500-hour Yoga Teacher.
I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
